“Sharing our KnEUledge” is an Erasmus+ training course designed by Mundus after identifying different needs throughout the KA2 project “Opportuneeties”, coordinated by IPEICC. What was identified was that even though many non-profit organisations already work with the Erasmus+ programme, we still come from regions where many other organisations could benefit from the programme.

The goal of “Sharing our KnEUledge” was to train youth workers from different European regions who have powerful local initiatives and want to start implementing Erasmus+ within their activities. The common characteristic from all 15 youth workers is that they come from small cities or rural areas and think an international programme could be an immense added value to their local projects.

Some of the partners in this project were selected thanks to the cooperation through the different activities from Opportuneeties such as “Da Storm” from France (whose staff members had participated in de Seminar Training in Zaragoza) and Werkstattschule.

The training took place from the 10th to the 16th November in the city of Girona, where Mundus established its third office a year ago. The programme of the project included activities to reflect and learn about the benefits of the learning mobility, the analysis of the Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps Guide and workshops on how to write, implement and evaluate an Erasmus+ project in their local organisations.

The participants are now working on two KA1 projects as a result from this training course in Girona.
